Wefaceswap's Refund Policy - Your Guide to Refunds

Thank you for spending at Wefaceswap. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are willing to help.
To initiate the refund process, please follow the steps below.

Digital Subscription Products (e.g., Wefaceswap Premium)

Cancellation of Wefaceswap subscription is possible on the  My Page. If you stop using Wefaceswap but forget to unsubscribe your Wefaceswap subscription. we will usually be happy to refund your latest subscription payment, as long as you have not used any credits or created any images since the payment was completed.
To request a refund, please log in to your Wefaceswap account and send us an e-mail to support@wefaceswap.com (also works for unsubscribe requests).

Digital products (e.g., Wefaceswap Credits Packs, Wefaceswap Premium)

No refund if any credit pack and Wefaceswap subscription have been used. We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds.
You have 7 calendar days from the date of the transaction to apply for the refund.

Non-returnable items:

  • Official Rewards
  • Used credits
  • Sales items
  • Credits Earned from Referrals

Refunds (if applicable)

Upon receipt of your refund request, our staff will check your membership status to determine if it is eligible for a refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Refunds will be credited to the original [credit card/payment method] used for the purchase.
Credits purchased by a subscription or credit pack will be used from initially paid credits.
Once we confirm your eligibility for a refund, we will refund the full amount of your last payment (even if you forget to cancel your subscription).
If the problem occurs due to a service problem and not the user's fault, a full refund including payment fees will be provided.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
